We do not like it if people create new accounts to circumvent an account block; these blocks happen for a reason, in your case because you have continued to make detrimental edits after being told not to do that and have refused to learn from your mistakes, or engage with mappers making you aware of them.

If you do not not understand English well then please give us a hint and we will try to engage in a language you understand.

It is possible to have a new start after your account has been blocked - but not if, like you do with this account, repeat the same detrimental edits. Please stop doing it; it only wastes your time and ours.
