it seems that you are closing notes on OpenStreetMap without resolving the underlying problem.

Notes are generally created to point to a problem on the map. If you close a note, you are expected to fix the problem. But you have closed notes without fixing the problem.

If you find notes that are useless or not actionable, or wrong, of course you can close them but in that case please write a comment to the note explaining why you closed them
