It looks like you have created this account to avoid doing the things that you were asked to do at osm.org/user_blocks/4832 .

You will therefore be blocked until you’ve contacted the Data Working Group by email at data@openstreetmap.org and explained what is going on. Please quote account “N2Y Department of Transportation”.

I’ve reverted these changes in changeset/103098788 . It is not OK to simply ignore all attempts at communication from the rest of the OSM community and “do your own thing” regardless of what anyone else thinks. We would, of course, like to see you continue editing OpenStreetMap, working with the local community and only adding things that actually exist. Once you’ve contacted us and agreed to do that, we can remove this block and you can reply to all of the questions that have been asked.
