It is not OK to mass-delete areas of the map, as you have done at https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=94995181 . People have tried to talk to you about your editing before - see osm.org/user_blocks/3962 and http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=11476446 , and your response (as on changeset/90814007 ) hasn’t always been useful.

OpenStreetMap is a shared map; we need to work together to create it. If you are unwilling or unable to do that I’m afraid we will have to prevent you from editing.

Please email OSM’s Data Working Group at data@osmfoundation.org so that we cn discuss your editing and also discuss this block.
