Dear JUBA mappers,

it appears that you are engaged in an organised editing effort. I have written to some of you individually but my requests have been ignored, hence this message.

1. It is not sufficient to specify hashtags in your changeset comment. Most people do not know what these hashtags mean. Please provide a human-readable description of your edit with every upload, especially if you have deleted many objects, because other mappers might wonder why you have deleted something.

2. Together you have already made over 290,000 map changes. It is not sufficient to document such an endeavour on the HOT tasking manager; you need to create a page on the OpenStreetMap wiki that documents this effort as per https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines so that a record of your task remains and so that other OSM mappers know who is involved and who to talk to in case of problems.

3. One such problem I tried to talk to you about is your use of the “source” tag on every object; this is not something we do in OpenStreetMap and you should stop that practice immediately. A “source” tag on the changeset is sufficient.
