other mappers have asked you to use better changeset comments than just “.” but it seems that you have not received that message - maybe something is wrong with your email settings. Check the email address you have configured with OSM and that you actually receive messages sent from OSM.

This message blocks your account until you have read it; you can continue mapping normally after that.
