a couple of days ago another mapper asked you to supply proper changeset comments (osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments) when you upload edits to OSM, but you have continued to use just “.”. This is not helpful; please read the linked wiki page and use good changeset comments in the future.

This message blocks your account until you have read it (since the normal message sent by the other mapper seems not to have gone through). You can edit normally once you have read this - but please use good changeset comments.
