I wish there was a nicer way of welcoming you to OSM, but unfortunately, this message is to advise that a block has been placed on your OSM account.

While the mapping of military facilities may well be illegal in various Nations, OSM generally does not follow specific national laws regarding such mapping. If a facility is visible on aerial imagery, it can be mapped in OSM, regardless of local restrictions.

Deleting such buildings, as you have done here, can be seen as vandalism on OSM
