Therefore this is being sent as a message that you have to read before continuing to map.

As previously asked:

Have you read both osm.wiki/Organised_Editing and osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines?

Have you discussed your work with any other mappers?

Do you have any authority from any form of Somalian government to do this work, or are you just creating this system by yourself?

Once you have read this message, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM, but if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by 29 November, further action may have to be taken.
