you have recently performed a number of large scale automated changes in Japan without following our guidelines for automated edits (see osm.wiki/Automated_edits).

I have therefore reverted your edits.

I am not saying that your edits were wrong, but automated edits on that scale must be discussed with the Japanese community before you execute them. Please explain what automated edits you with to make on the talk-jp mailing list or in the Japanese user forum on community.openstreetmap.org and listen to feedback before you execute the edits. Then when you make the edits, include a pointer to the discussion so that people can see you are following the rules.
