you are clearly continuing the work of the user account “Miroslav Zikmund” which has been blocked in osm.org/user_blocks/16772 for failing to engage with the community.

With this new account, you have once again made countless edits to boundary relations without good reason, even though you have been asked not to do that.

We do not like it if people with an account block simply create a new account and continue the same type of edit. I am therefore blocking this account and reverting the edits. Please read osm.org/user_blocks/16772 and follow what you have been told.
