You are closing and reopening notes more or less in a random fashion and sometimes you give non relevant “nonsense” comments.
If you see a note that you can really solve (by editing the map), please do so.
But If you see a note that is too old (in your view that is), or is no longer relevant (again, according to your standards), please report such a note to the DWG.

If you never edit, you won’t see this message, but if you do edit, you can continue after reading this message.
