We also received reports from others about your nonsense edits and we noted that your changeset comments consist solely of the date that you performed an edit. That by itself is the most useless addition to OSM, because the date you perform an edit is part of the system-date included with your edit when you upload the data to OSM!
What we (the OSM mappers) would like to see is a clear indication of what you have added to the map.

You are blocked until I receive an answer from you, including Ticket#2024062910000201 as the subject of your mail.
In your mail you should explain why you didn’t answer to other mappers, and why you choose to include useless date information as your CS comments.
