I have a created a DWG ticket for this case:

and I now have blocked your account until i receive an answer from you with your explanation why you did not reply.
Contact dwg at [email protected] with Ticket#2024021110000144 as your subject as well as mentioning your username.
You can contact the users on the above mentioned list on their OSM accounts, but as long as your ar blocked by the DWG you can not reply to changeset discussions. You first have to answer me!

y ahora he bloqueado tu cuenta hasta que reciba una respuesta de usted con su explicación de por qué no respondió.
Póngase en contacto con dwg en [email protected] con Ticket#2024021110000144 como asunto y mencionando su nombre de usuario.
Puede ponerse en contacto con los usuarios de la lista mencionada en sus cuentas de OSM, pero mientras su ar bloqueado por el DWG no se puede responder a las discusiones changeset. Primero tienes que responderme a mí.
