A few examples of your errors:
1. here:
way/1241904149#map=19/6.86552/80.30425
you created a motorway ON TOP of a river
2. here:
way/1241904119
you created a fictional motorway that is running through a building
3. and here:
way/1241904144
you created a motorway that crosses a river but it wasn’t tagged as a bridge. Moreover, you duplicated another road at that spot.

Also almost all the buildings you added aren’t properly squared and seem to have fictional shapes. And wetland should be tagged as a way, not a node like you do.
