Other OSM mappers have tried to reach you regarding your use of the so called Changeset Comments (more precisely you misuse of those comments).

The DWG also has received complaints from other mappers regarding your not using correct changeset comments.
Your account is now blocked in order tho have you read this message from the DWG and give you some time to answer the questions as well as to read about the correct use of the changeset comments.
