What is the source of way/1206693463 and the other data in changeset/141075736 ?

It clearly looks like an import, and a poor quality one at that as it the data doesn’t seem to match the underlying imagery.

Allegedly way/1206693463 is both a library and a park, and way/1206693464 is unspecified retail landuse, but according to the imagery one single building occupies the eastern part of both with a small parking area at the back of the “library”.

Please email [email protected] with a subject of “[Ticket#2023042210000158] dufekin” to explain. It’s important that we understand the source to (a) check its compatibility with OSM and (b) to check the quality to see if it should be imported even if compatible.
