Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with some of your previous edits - way/481006984/history and way/481006761 look like the same building that has been uploaded twice.

Also, I’m sure that every building does not have a name of “house”. (your most recent edit changeset/46962125 also has this problem)

Are you using “geoMapTool” for that? If so, please stop using it immediately - it is broken. Please contact OpenStreetMap’s Data Working Group in [email protected] so that we can explain the problem in more detail.
