Are you sure that the hospital that you have just added at changeset/42889854 is separate to the one just across the road node/4387192694 ? Also, are you sure that it is a hospital, and not something like a clinic instead?

You’ll be able to continue mapping as soon as you have read this, but please don’t add duplicates, and do reply where people have tried to get in touch.
