There is no easy solution when people don’t answer. Sometimes it works to look for their user names with a search engine. Maybe they are active in other communities under the same name, and you can contact them there.
But if you want to try this, do it soon. There are only few days left until the license change.

Can someone confirm that the license change will take place on April 1st? That is what I’ve heard, but is that correct?

You can follow the discussion of DB rebuild on rebuild list. Currently there seems to be nothing definete (exept the fact that rebuild will take place as soon as everything is OK).
