looks like you wrongly changed many types of link roads. Current practice is to select higher class of two connected roads (except service roads).
Please see this document: osm.wiki/Link_roads_between_different_highways_types
and revert your changes.
Also in general - all major road types are already well defined and should not be touched if not redefined by transportation ministry.

Oh, absolutely no! The main name is always the name in the most common language in the area. On whole Israel territory it will be Hebrew, except of Arabic in some places occupied by mostly arabic-speakign people. Please take a look here: osm.wiki/Israel#Naming

also, osm doesn't have "number" tag.
