Oh, absolutely no! The main name is always the name in the most common language in the area. On whole Israel territory it will be Hebrew, except of Arabic in some places occupied by mostly arabic-speakign people. Please take a look here: osm.wiki/Israel#Naming

If you remember similar name tag changes you did - please revert.

Hi and welcome! What is this number "15177"? Is it just a bus stop number from the sign? If yes - then please remove addr:housenumber tag - it's only for addresses.
also, osm doesn't have "number" tag.

I don't remember there any roundabout signs. Just a round shaped road which is mostly parking for busses. There is constant road construction in this area, so things change on daily basis.
