The residential area shows the outer lines of buildings and other objects that were considered part of the City as visible on the satellite Image at the time. Basically it shows the city limits. You can compare it with the City of Maxixe. Here you see buildings with a none defined usage of land. If you want to change areas of landuse you either ad inner Multipolygons for the area or you have to split it into thousands of pieces.

Lt. der Website der neuapostolischen Kirche, zu der sie gehörte, wird sie von denen nichtmehr betrieben. Das wurde auch in einer "Note" angegeben. Die Kirche wurde entwidmet. Von daher habe ich es in building=yes geändert. Eine Kirche ohne Widmung ist meiner Meinung nach nur ein Gebäude.
