You are correct that the bridge was not ever mapped in OSM. The change in the edit view seems to reflect the current state of affairs.

I split the line on each side of where the bridge used to be and then removed the segment in the middle. I see it in a few of the tile layers on the web, although it's not in the published cycling layer tiles yet.

Let me know if there is something I missed in the change or a better approach at doing this.

Hi. Thanks for the double-check. This is posted as a private road on the county signs at the intersection with Fish Hatchery Road. County property records show that the road is part of one of the parcels along the road.
