I noticed SPAM in English is removed from the diaries quite promptly. What about the other languages? Who to report SPAM in the diaries?
Please remove that diary entry in Russian @weze/diary/21151 and maybe its author as well.

Could you somehow add a system that requires an account to have a certain age and/or a few edits? Or maybe a report button?
