Hi. Take care that you don't accidentally drag a node or way instead of scrolling the map. Its easy to do, you have done it here (the bench) and also changesets 111214842, 111194321, 110846676. Its good practice to check what you have changed when you save, if you had done it here you would have noted a change to the bench which you never intentionally edited.

Hi. That's not the way it looks to me, the image which I linked looks to me to refer to Thompsons Rd. Anyway there are more signs going east along Thompsons Rd and as Marc has pointed out, your edit broke a relation.
