Nearly all the homes in this community have names on them. It's a cutesy thing. Upon arriving, people don't use cars much, mostly walking and biking. House names seem to take precedent over addresses in conversation. The rental homes are called by their names as well. Seems like it should be the norm in this area to use names in OSM too
