Thanks for checking this washroom! Would "May-Oct Mo-Su 09:00-sunset; Nov-Apr off" make sense for opening_hours given your note?

Hi validalal - thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap! FYI, the tag for bike share stations should be `amenity=bicycle_rental`, not `amenity=bicycle_parking`. I believe the one you added is already mapped as [way/745341034](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/745341034). I would suggest removing the one you added, and if way/745341034 is in the wrong location, to move it to the correct place based on your survey.

Thanks again - feel free to [check out the wiki](amenity=bicycle_rental) if you want to learn more about mapping bike rental stations and have fun mapping!

Hi Hannes - very exciting to see someone else working to match up bike racks with City data! I have some notes on the process that you might find helpful - will send you a message through OSM.

Good point - when I added these I wasn't familiar with lifecycle tagging. Have added those on top-level tags in changeset [164871346](changeset/164871346). I also think some of these might have been removed with additional construction; have tagged those with fixmes and will check next week.

Hi P3RSAUD, how many toilets are there on the east side of the Guild Inn? Just want to double check in case any of them need to be merged. I see:

- [node/12286272677](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/12286272677) - added in this changeset
- [node/12286272678](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/12286272678) - added in this changeset
- [node/11622259521](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/11622259521) - added by you 9 months ago

Hey headset9millards - thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap! Just wanted to note that if these are city Post and Rings, the bicycle parking type should be "bollard". More info here: bicycle%20parking=*?uselang=en

RockTeam, I think I might be able to help with identifying and removing duplicates for a re-import, will send you a message.

Hi RockTeam, thanks for adding this valuable data, and appreciate that you flagged it for review, but I think this needed a little more thought and attention to the OSM Import guidelines: osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines

If you're able to, I would consider reverting the changeset using JOSM and trying again in smaller changesets and in a way that avoids the creation of duplicates in the first place.

Some observations about challenges with the way this has been imported:
- For features that already exist, it would be preferable to edit them instead of importing a new node and deleting the old node/way. This way, the history of the feature is not lost, and duplicates are prevented from the beginning.
- It may be preferable for this to have been done in multiple changesets to make it easier to review and roll back changes if needed
- The geometry from the City data source appears to be slightly off compared to existing features — for example, see node/12049910369 and node/12049910478
- Your assumptions about applicable opening hours based on the City webpage appear to be incorrect: not all park washrooms are winterized and are open in Nov-Apr; unfortunately it appears that this information is not available on the City webpage and can only be determined by surveying the washrooms in person. For adding washrooms that are not already on the map, I would consider only adding summer hours and putting in a fixme to request someone verify if the washroom has winter hours or not via in-person survey.

Hey there, these look like great changes and welcome to OpenStreetMap!

The one thing I would check is if way #813659705 which you tagged as bicycle_parking=rack is actually a set of Post and Rings, which should be tagged as bicycle_parking=bollard. It may also be helpful to optionally add an operator for the bicycle parking, if it's obvious (e.g. "City of Toronto"). More info on bicycle parking types can be found here: bicycle_parking=*

For some reason, the edit note didn't update - should read "added bicycle parking along Queen St W".
