Relativamente roof:material=grass pode de facto não ser a tag mais correta. Na realidade, os tanques são enterrados, sendo que quem observa do exterior apenas vê o formato superior e vegetação que envolve toda a laje dos tanques.

Thanks for the heads up. In fact only the complex should be mapped with emergency=disaster_response and not the building.
Regarding operator tags I've been using iD to autoload operator related tags and I might've messed up somewhere in my last edits, they should be operator:wikidata=* like on the Australian guidelines in osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Australian_features#Emergency_Services .
I'll fix it today together with my previous edits. Thank you.

I have noticed that you've deleted a couple of features on the fire station. Was this intentional? Both features still exist and are in use IRL.
To be more specific: the smaller exterior service parking lot and the live fire simulator, which is built half underneath the staircase on the right of the other parking lot. Cheers.

I think that emergency=disaster_response is the most accurate tag for this place, but I wasn't sure and that's why I requested a review at the time.

I know this place, it's a municipal civil defense office. They have some first aid equipment stored and a short fleet of service vehicles outside but it isn't really a disaster response station, just mainly offices.
