over 1 year ago | That’s a good idea.
| 153489146 | over 1 year ago | Hi, Yes, I've visited the stadium several times and you're right about the signs. The stadium is indeed often called BORUSSIA-PARK. But technically, the football fields located next to the stadium and the biergarten also belong to BORUSSIA-PARK. You can contact the official club page for confirmation. The stadium itself, which is part of BORUSSIA-PARK, is officially named "Stadion im BORUSSIA-PARK". The stadium tag only includes the stadium area, not the entire BORUSSIA-PARK area. I've made a tag which includes the BORUSSIA-PARK, which is technically a sports complex. Here you can find some reliable sources: http://stadiumdb.com/stadiums/ger/borussia_park
I hope this will clear things up. Have a nice day! |
over 1 year ago | Hi, thank you for noticing.
over 1 year ago | It is the official writing style.
over 1 year ago | Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, that's a good point. But I've read somewhere that it's also allowed this way for bleachers like this. Only if it's labelled as a stadium building. I'll search for the discussion.
over 1 year ago | Hi, officially it has to be a sports field, but if you think this is also fine we'll keep it this way.
about 2 years ago | ENEA Stadion is better indeed.
about 2 years ago | Hi, yes that's true, but there was consensus on the forum that stadium bleachers are allowed to have the building tag.
over 2 years ago | Hi, yes there's been a discussion about this on the discussion board. These bleachers are allowed to be part of the stadium building. This way, it's also visible on the map. The tag bleacher and the tag stadium building are both allowed in this case, and the bleachers are allowed to be building. I've read the discussion of the discussion board a while ago, I'll try to find it.
over 2 years ago | That's fine, I'll add a roof instead.
almost 3 years ago | The name of the club is also St. Louis CITY, as you can see that's also always capitalized: https://www.stlcitysc.com/
almost 3 years ago | Hi, the difference is that CITYPARK is always capitalized, see:
almost 3 years ago | Well, if you look at the official site of the stadium and on the sign on the stadium itself, it all says PGE Narodowy: https://www.pgenarodowy.pl/ and https://i.iplsc.com/pge-narodowy/000GEREVIFNXR20V-C116-F4.webp.
almost 3 years ago | Hi, sorry for the late reaction. I think it's better to use the real name of the stadium, which is PGE Narodowy. See https://www.pgenarodowy.pl/ and https://i.iplsc.com/pge-narodowy/000GEREVIFNXR20V-C116-F4.webp. Please let me know if you disagree and tell me why.
about 3 years ago | Thank you, yes you're right.
about 3 years ago | Hi, the sources I could find tell me Estadio La Portada is just the stadium, not the entire sports centre. You could be right, do you have a source? Kind regards.
about 3 years ago | The way I edited this building is how it looks with the roof, which is ready now, as you can see in the link. And why is the stadium building multiple buildings? That’s not allowed if it’s one building.
about 3 years ago | Hi, as you can see here, the roof makes the building symmetrical: https://pogonszczecin.pl/klub/stadion Also, it is one building, not multiple buildings.
over 3 years ago | The actual playing field is named after David Arellano, the founder of Colo-Colo; therefore, on occasions the whole stadium is referred to as Estadio Monumental David Arellano. The real name of the stadium is Estadio Monumental. This might be a good solution: Name the football pitch "David Arellano" and the stadium "Estadio Monumental".
