Bdsicoe, It is good to hear you have done so much mapping in Somalia and know alot. Indeed, the data of quality collected by any agency in Somalia is quite low for several reasons. I have worked with the UN and have massive newly collected GIS data especially in Mogadishu but needs licence and takes time. I will try to help out clean the “Mart Roumen; FAO-SWALIM; Madmappers-SOM-2008-01”. Thanks
