I found no way to specify that access is for motorcycles only. (no distinction between cars and otorcycles). The width should make sure cars cannot use it, but do mapping utilities take that into account?
Note that while the SDE highway is a toll road, toll does not apply to motorcycles, hence this shortcut to allow access to the SDE w/o detour
