I'd say they were unpassable, at least right by the road and I did not feel like traversing straight through thorny bushes. Hopefully they are cleared sometime, otherwise these should be removed from the map. |

This is probably not going to be under construction for much longer (2020 certainly), and it should be accessible by roads even now, that do not exist on the map. There is a new access road from Lugna gatan that does not pass NCC, for example. |
