In Bavaria DOP 80cm and in Bing Imageryey you can see this road is complete and there are cars driving all along it, the ramp is also connected to A 99. I removed the allow access=no tag now that traffic uses these roads.

Cars should never be allowed to drive into this intersection, I am making this round about consistent with the road that precedes it, the road that flows into this one is access=no, therefore this road should match what came before.

Corrected the geometry of the road, aligned it with what is present in the satellite imagery.

There are no arrows under the changed section indicating that this is a one way into the parking lot, traffic should be able to flow in and out of this segment, as it was traffic could onliy flow out of the parking lot, i updated it to bi direction

In Mapillary you can see a car driving down this road as the mapillary car drives up in the opposite direction, this road segment is suppose to be two way so that traffic can enter this parking lot.

Based on the satellite imagery, the road connects all the way through, the stop sign is present but in the satellite imagery you can see the road is finished and you can drive back out the way you came in

I updated motor_vehicle=no to yes for these segments, from satellite imagery i can see that there are cars parked all along this segment, and they also have motocar=yes, one segment said it was no good for deliveries, i added delivery=no for that segment

Both roads that lead to this traffic circle were one way roads that lead traffic out of the traffic circle. one of the twow ays in must be a one way into the traffic circle otherwise traffic cant leave. corrected the road direction of segment
