I removed the one way attribution on this segment. This is a one way into the parking lot. But this is the only way in or out of the parking lot. If a car enters, they would never be able to leave since the only way out is a one way street into the area.

Mapillary shows signs saying this road is one way at the western entry point, both directions of traffic are informed this is one way. the north eastern exit point has 'NO ENTRY' signs suggesting traffic isn't suppose to come in that way at all.
