I think I was adding parks based on an underlying satmap which wasn't anywhere as clear as todays sat coverage. I just guessed there was a service road there based on the concrete ground cover. But now I can see clearly that there isn't so I have now deleted it.

Looks like a lovely little secret park there, but I've never visited.
