I hit enter before I finished explaining reasoning -- the riverwalk is a pedestrian priority path (cyclists have to yield and slow). So I think it is more appropriate to by highway=footway, while leaving the designations for both foot and bicycle.

Hi sarya_Lyft, I am the person who made the original change to these roads to be under construction. I have reaffirmed today with my own eyes and through the source I originally included in the note tag that these roads are still closed due to construction and will remain closed until May 30, 2025. Please revert this change at once and refrain from making edits that remove construction tags from roadways still closed for construction. Best, ryan_c.

Hi,

There were 3 bus stop locations on the road. One for one side, one for the other side, and an extra one. So I feel I was correct to have removed it. I have been trying to go through to add the bus stops on the UF campus where they are not yet on the map, and I noticed this location had an extra one.

For an insight into my process, I'm going to try to add all the missing stop locations first, and then I'll go back to do the platform locations as doing both will be a bit tedious I think.
