I used "maxspeed:permanent" as a placeholder. It should be self-explanatory, but just in case: the current "maxspeed" tag of 55 mph is the currently posted speed limit due to long-term construction. Once the project is completed,the limit will be raised to 75 mph, and the tag will be changed from "maxspeed:permanent" to "maxspeed," overwriting the 55 mph tag.

Based on current guidance regarding the use of the trunk tag, I believe that NHS designated highways and HFCS designated "Principal Arterial" roads outside major urban areas qualify as trunk.

However, It does appear that US 24 west of the US 281 junction north of Osborne is classified as a "Minor Arterial" and, therefore, the primary designation is appropriate.
