Thanks for your response. This usually happens when iD editor doesn't respond while editing and we refresh the web-page. I was unaware of the change being saved.I shall follow restricting it to an area and avoid such long edits.

These are latest licensed imageries from DigitalGlobe/Maxar. We also added source as private earth watch imagery to convey the same information.

Thanks for your patience in looking into the edit. I have noted down the points and will ensure I share it with my team as well. We generally check all the imageries and pick the latest imageries as suggested by you. We use the latest along with the more clear imagery incase the latest imagery is not of high quality. We did not make any edits to TN12. Since the my edit was on the geometry of the segment and additions of residential roads were attached to TN12, it got tagged to my edit.
Apologies for the node duplication. Our team is working to figure out a continuous way to detect and fix them. We do try to make high quality edits and will ensure to do so going forward with suggestions and support of community members like you. Looking forward to learning more from you.
