Resolved a note without a comment or fixing a problem

This user is not a vandal or anything, a user has no edits yet instead of deciding that it already existed in OpenStreetMap, but it isn’t lived in OpenStreetMap. It existed on other maps likely than Google Maps.

This is surprisingly common: a new user with no edits closes notes. I’ve never really worked out why. Your suggestion that this is because the feature is present on other maps is an intriguing one.

Hi,
The note that I was fixing was in a different location. The anonymous user misaligned the note, and I researched from a different map. I did some research, but no helpful result was found. I wasn’t like them in that they resolved a note without a comment or fixing a problem. This is my first time posting a diary. I didn’t notice that the notes changed in order. Are the other users posting a diary like this?

Yes, anonymous notes are often seriously misplaced, and people use them for all sorts of things.
The kind of issue I see is like with this note. It was closed a few days ago by someone with no edits, but the actual walking trail still has a gap in the village, as can be seen here. In the ideal world the note remaining open would encourage someone to look for signs to resolve it. However, it’s not that important as : 1) the route relation has a gap; and 2) the likely correct route is fairly obvious and does go past the church.
Some communities try and close notes fairly quickly, others are quite happy to let them be used to track developments over several years, or to draw other mappers attention to things missing or needing to be checked. There is something to be said for closing anonymous notes if they cannot be resolved fairly easily.

Thanks for the information about what you said. At this note #2,164,520, he wants to make the section F of SLEx TR4 to construction (which means he needs to add but it already exists), but it is not visible in the imagery, so it means, it is not currently under construction. Sometimes it is not visible in the imagery, and sometimes it is visible in the imagery. The OpenStreetMap Carto is not always visible for proposed or planning ways. At this note #3,374,149, I saw that he might need to learn how notes work. And lastly, not a single note that I added, but I resolved some of them, and notes are easy or medium to-do.

Thanks for the information is The OpenStreetMap Carto has proposed or toll plaza sorry, is that was make a maps i can so Highways or visible 😁😁 how to work. something who, but. SLEx to ATCEX in the imagery, is not i dones unity. to he proposed is ref or area, about was is family, and our form JOSM is hass taking a events are will enjoy some about easy to develoments.
