Primary roads are numbered from N1 to N83, secondary roads are numbered from N100 to N999, and tertiary roads do not have road numbers. You copied the information from Wikipedia to OpenStreetMap. Wikipedia is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 which is incompatible with OpenStreetMap. You can revert the changes that you made from this changeset that uses the incompatible source.

You can only do this with Wikipedia is linking their articles using this format: wikipedia=<2-letter language code>:<article title that leads to the exact language that you have put> For example wikipedia=en:South Luzon Expressway. This can automatically link to the article that you have put unless the article does not exist.

I used some barangays to trace some admin boundaries. I already added 10-digit PSGC and population for all barangays in Tayabas from https://psa.gov.ph/classification/psgc/?q=psgc/barangays/0405647000, then searched it by "is_in:city=Tayabas" then I traced it between the barangays that are in different cities or municipalities.
