I am sorry that my edit looks like a mechanical edit but i it wasn't one.
I checked some tags at http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org and noticed that there are many buildings with the tag building = building. In my opinion this tag does not make so much sense, so I got though the whole list and changed every tag to right tag as it is said in the Wiki - in the most cases building = yes, but also sometimes building = church.
In total in cost me a few hours at a rainy day.
