Hi, I’m not sure, what do you mean by tag a photograph, but here are some use cases:
If you want to tag a photographer working place, use one of these tags: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:craft=photographer, https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:craft=photographic_laboratory, for a photo studio use https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop=photo_studio, for a shop selling cameras and photo accessories: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop=photo
If you want to point some good observation view to take panoramas etc, use https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:tourism=viewpoint
