Hi, here are a lot of recent changeset comments you should read and react to.

hi KFields0331,
this is a astonishing creative first changeset. I do especially like this tunnel/bridge construction.

Unfortunately, this is true. The pace on these projects has already slowed significantly. Once forgotten, the data remains untouched for years. And whenever a new beginner project is needed, the same procedure is repeated in another district.

hi ftcat, @SColchester,
do you need a helping hand? First thing I do handling with such bad data, is to search for insane short ways and delete them right away. This will give a good starting point for further manual corrections. Alternatively it might be a good idea to ask the dwg if they can help.

Hi,
when changing highway=construction you should always remove the construction=* tag. I would also recommend to re tag this roads only if you are 100% sure that construction work is finished. According to maxar imagery there are more roads to add (still in construction phase) . also there are some path ways that need to be removed. Please note to that once the construction tagging is removed, those areas that still need work are hard to identify.

Hi,
it's up to you i would say.
Removing the oneway tag and the overlapping segment (way/653847215) would be the simplest fix. Redrawing with two separated lanes imo the more accurate solution. Bing provides the best imagery here.

Hi,
way/653847214 is causing problems now
(oneway=yes)
Its the rest of a dual carriage way mapping. I would prefer to restore the previous state.

I would consider to tag roads servicing only one or a small group of buildings as "highway=service" Also I would recommend to search and remove all roads and paths shorter then a certain length. (<100m for example - remove bridges and fords from the selection) way/799114559
way/803342041
You can do this easily with the search tool in JOSM. This will remove a lot of the tile mapping artefacts and provide a better staring point for validation.

@Puxan please give us some examples.

why were this ways drawn at all and who validated here?
