as far as I understand the wiki addr:housenumber can either be used in conjunction with addr:street or addr:place, in case the street name is not a part of the address.
When using the building tag we will get a wrong counting for buildings and with the name tag we would run into conflicts with already named buildings like churches or shops. So in my opinion , like you already suggested, it would be best to place a address node or add the information to one or more existing house shapes.

Hi, josm should tell you, that it is not correct to place a building node inside a building way. Why can't you use "addr:housenumber", as everywhere else in the world and also in Dvizarasekwa?

imo this ways should be tagged as highway=path or highway=service + service=driveway. Also, every highway=* should be connected at least with one end to the road grid.

ich finde es gut das du hier weiter weiter machst. Die Reduzierung der Höchtgeschwindigkeit auf 10 Km/h war zwar im Prinzip eine Verbesserung, richtig wäre es jedoch den tag ganz zu entfernen. Da mit highway =living_street, bereits automatisch ein Vmax=7Km/h gesetzt ist.

Dont do that!
Nobody will be able to maintain this many relations, as you would need there . Use adress nodes, or add this data to the buildings instead. When mapped this way, your adresses will be also searchable by common navigation apps, as a benefit.

Die Trennung der Fahrbahn ist zugegebenermaßen nur aufgemalt.
Mich hatten seiner Zeit aber die spitzen Winkel beim links Abbiegen gestört.
Ich habe die beiden Wege jetzt wieder entfernt.

As long, as the bing imagery for this area is not outdated, then this way must be tagged as Path.
