The buildings are constructed along a straight line. The finished road network will look the same way

Please consider to mark the task as "completely mapped" when you leave it. You have never done this before and therefore work on the same tasks again and again. This way, your work will never be checked by a validator and you will miss an opportunity to improve.

Hello!
I have restored the deleted roads.
If these roads are permanent and clearly visible, they should remain on the map. You can better accomplish what you intend to do by adding access tags. This will also prevent non-local mappers like me from re-entering such visible roads over and over again.
access=*

ah,
thank you for the reply.
But with the two ways mentioned above something went wrong. They are following the outer way of a residential polygon and are also part of the relation. Do you want to fix this by yourself?

The area will show up again after this ways are removed from the relation and from OSM.
Yesterday I straitened the foot ways around the CUT Hostels. Is this ok.

Hi Cole,
the HOT tasking manager is blocked for me due to some previous conflicts with HOT

Hi wallacegara,
there are several bridges mapped by you that are not visible on bing. Is this local knowledge or did you do it to avoid warnings?

I am asking because these two roads are certainly not correct

Hi Cole,
the project manager seems to read my comments but is not responsive to my messages so far. Are you in contact with the managers?

Hello Cole Myers,
I think this will look similar to all other urban settlements in Zimbabwe. Where roads always run parallel to the buildings. It usually looks a bit chaotic during the construction phase, as in this case, and it's only a temporary snapshot what we can see in this certainly not really recent footage. That's why I use highway =construction until the area is fully built up. With this tagging it is also easy to find the roads again and to update them with each new background layer version
