The correct English name for the park probably would be just Gagarin park or at least Gagarin's park. Please check stuff like this in translators.

Since you've requested review one thing that could be done differently is continuing existing sidewalk way instead of adding a new one.

To do this use "shift" to select both the existing sidewalk and a node where it ends, then when you right click it, you should see an option to continue the way.

Since this sidewalk portion is new, it's also ok to add it separately so that other tags could be added (for example if old one is not as smooth as the new one and you'd like to map this)

Any changes I'll see with street view as a source without survey, where the mapper doesn't agree to revert, I'll report to DWG and let them decide. There is no point in us two discussing it in a changeset. If DWG are ok with it, then I am too.

To indicate that something is no longer open, it's better to use lifecycle prefix
osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix
for example like so
was:amenity=stripclub

Note that OSM is not a historical database, these prefixes are useful when you need indicate to other mappers that something indeed got closed while there is still a sign for that place or a building was removed, but it's still on aerial imagery so that no one would retrace it again.

As the strip club website is still up and nothing is mentioned about it closing, it would be correct to use lifecycle prefix. I assume you've verified it somehow.

You can add helpful information under "description" key if you want to. And if you want to add apartment numbers in a meaningful way, you can add a building entrance and put them there, like here node/9246947396

I've checked again. Bicycle parking is missing. There are holes left from the bolts in the ground where it was. Probably was in the way of people moving their stuff to cars.

Hi, not in every country street is a required part of an address. Addresses are all managed in a registry, not invented on the spot. If you don't see an address sign with a street on the building, you should not add it. Latvia too has addresses without streets.
