My specialty and interest is the use of the OSM database, in particular the use with PostgreSQL, PostGIS, open GIS and open data. Main public interests:

• CRP - Código de Roteamento Postal, a natural upgrade for the old brazilian standards (the CEP), and an alternative for public domain ownership of the codes.

• “Mapa do CEP”, the spatial representation of the Brazilian’s Postal Code.

• DE-9IM: its Wiki-article as contributor and its translator-algorithm, postgis-st-relate-summary.

Minha especialidade e interesse é o uso da base de dados OSM, em particular o uso com PostgreSQL e PostGIS. Recentemente os projetos de maior interesse e discussão tem sido o CEP aberto (CRP) e o Mapa do CEP.

PS: em termos acadêmicos, mantenho interesse e apoio ao modelo DE-9IM.
