I feel there is no need to tag access=no for this track. I did a survey on 2025-09-06. There is no sign forbidding access, only a sign forbidding cycling. Nothing is indicated about cars and horses, either. I propose to remove the tag access=no. In this case, foot=yes is also unneeded. I feel there is also not much sense in tagging horse=no and motor_vehicle=no, as no such signs are present.
