Thanks for your valuable suggestions and feedback, If we are assigning "Steps" for the road segment that will mean, routing will not be possible for a cycle. So we assigned it as highway=cycleway, please suggest if you have a different suggestion

bxl-forever, we're very happy to be helping improve OSM and contribute to the community with this additional information. We wanted to clarify that we manually created all the footpaths on our own. We didn't copy the website. The website doesn't have any footpaths. We hope this resolves any confusion. Also We use our internal sources to create all these.
